Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Part-Time Customer Service Attendant to oversee the laundry facility at our hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure the cleanliness and proper operation of laundry equipment while providing excellent customer service to guests. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting guest needs and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with using laundry machines, providing clear instructions and support as needed
  • Monitor laundry area to ensure equipment is functioning correctly and safely
  • Maintain cleanliness of the laundry facility, including cleaning machines and surrounding areas
  • Restock supplies such as detergents and cleaning materials
  • Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
  • Follow safety protocols related to laundry operations and cleaning procedures
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly

Requirements

  • Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required
  • Experience with laundry operations or cleaning is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks such as bending or lifting small loads
  • Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends or evenings if needed
