This is a physically demanding position that involves:
- Heavy lifting (50 lbs+) throughout the shift
- Repetitive physical work
- Working in a fast-paced production environment
- Standing, bending, and moving for extended periods
Previous experience in physically demanding jobs is required, such as:

- Landscaping
- Manufacturing
- Warehouse labour
- Other heavy labour positions

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of precast concrete products
- Load, unload, and move materials
- Clean and prepare molds, tools, and work areas
- Support machine operators and skilled workers
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Perform general labour duties as assigned
