Job Summary
We are currently seeking experienced and reliable individuals to join our stone countertop manufacturing team. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience polishing, fabricating, and handling stone materials such as granite, quartz, and porcelain countertops.
Responsibilities
- Polish and finish stone countertops to meet quality standards
- Assist in the fabrication and manufacturing of stone countertops
- Operate and monitor polishing equipment, CNC machines, and other production tools
- Measure, cut, shape, and finish stone materials
- Load, unload, and safely handle heavy stone slabs
- Perform quality inspections on finished products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
- Assist with packaging and preparing completed orders for shipment
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in stone countertop manufacturing
- Previous experience as a stone polisher is required
- Experience working with granite, quartz, porcelain, or other engineered stone materials
- Ability to safely lift and handle heavy stone materials
- Comfortable working in a dusty, physically demanding manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
