Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various installation tasks and be adept at working with different materials and tools. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. As an Installation Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that installations are completed efficiently and effectively, meeting both company standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities
• Installing cabinets.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine installation requirements.
• Assemble components as needed, ensuring accuracy and quality in all work performed.
• Utilize caulking techniques to seal joints and openings effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues that may arise during the installation process.

Experience
• Proven experience in installation roles.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately is essential for this position.
• Experience with construction estimating will be considered an asset.
• Competence in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.
