About Us:
We are a growing kitchen cabinet manufacturing company specializing in high-quality custom cabinetry. We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator with a strong background in woodworking to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC routers to cut and machine cabinet components
- Read and interpret shop drawings and CAD files
- Work with wood materials such as MDF, plywood, melamine, and solid wood
- Load/unload materials and ensure proper handling
- Set up tooling, calibrate machines, and adjust settings
- Monitor production to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and defects
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience working with wood (cabinetry, millwork, or woodworking shop required)
- Experience operating CNC machines (wood CNC)
- Strong understanding of wood materials, cutting methods, and tooling
- Ability to read and interpret technical/shop drawings
- Familiarity with cabinet manufacturing processes
- Experience with Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD, or similar software is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
Qualifications:
- CNC or woodworking-related training is an asset
