Job Description:
We are hiring General Construction Labourers to support active job sites across Toronto and surrounding areas. Candidates with Working at Heights certification are strongly preferred and may be prioritized for immediate placement.
Responsibilities:
- Assist roofers, carpenters, and other skilled trades
- Load and unload materials on site
- Work at heights (roofs, scaffolding) when required
- General site cleanup and material handling
- Follow all safety procedures and site rules
- Use basic hand tools as needed
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- CSA approved safety boots required
- Working at Heights certification (preferred / strong asset)
- WHMIS certification (asset)
- Previous construction experience is an asset but not required
