Cabinet Maker

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in all aspects of cabinet making, from start to finish—not just assembly. This role requires an eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and the flexibility to learn and adapt to our custom techniques and designs.

Responsibilities:
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine dimensions, cutouts, and material quantities.
• Verify dimensions, pre-assemble components, and ensure pieces meet quality specifications.
• Match materials for color, grain, and texture while paying attention to the unique features of the wood.
• Fabricate, assemble, fit, and prepare cabinetry for the finishing station.
• Operate hand and power tools, including commercial drills, cabinet saws, routers, and clamps, with competence and safety.
• Maintain personal and work area cleanliness to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient workspace.
• Apply knowledge of production processes, materials, and quality control to maximize efficiency and product excellence.
• Maintain equipment by performing scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Follow all quality, safety, and security policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions.

Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of proven experience in cabinet making.
• Experience working with sheet goods, wood veneer, laminates, melamine, and prefinished products.
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain a positive, proactive, and collaborative work environment.
• Goal- and results-oriented approach to work.

Work Schedule:
• Regular Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Some Saturdays may be required.
