We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC programer/operator-Cabinet Maker to join our team. As a CNC operator you will be responsible for preparing files on e-Cabinet software and overlooking CNC performance quality. As a Cabinet Maker, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality custom cabinets and furniture pieces according to specifications and design requirements. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of woodworking techniques, materials, and tools.
Responsibilities:
– Interpret project specifications and blueprints to determine the scope of work
– Select appropriate materials such as wood, hardware, and finishes for each project
– Perform tasks including cutting, shaping, sanding, and finishing to create final products
– Utilize hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and other equipment to shape and assemble components
– Design and program files with e-Cabinet software
– Ensure CNC machine operations quality and efficiency
– Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time
– Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet quality standards
– Maintain a clean and organized workspace
– Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or similar role in woodworking industry
– Proficiency in e-Cabinet software and CNC programming and operating
– Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques
– Attention to detail
– Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
